It's not a bad life, is it? Despite the hotel aircon being just a fan behind a grill, and the sun streaming in, a lie in & a late breakfast is on the cards. The meal last night was a lesson in listening, language and mime, none of which was much use although sat at the next table were a couple of expat brits up from the Algarve who despite trying to gain the upper hand in the 'leave it to us' stakes, also crashed & burned with Manuel the waiter..! Seems they have a Volvo PV saloon to enter, too.
Mario's heading over today, so we're off exploring after breakfast. And no-one's cleaned their car yet....although one or two have twitched....

Mario's heading over today, so we're off exploring after breakfast. And no-one's cleaned their car yet....although one or two have twitched....
Now I wonder who that might be, presumably the boy racer, Peter Perfect.  They need to be well and truly grimy and dusty, with a wiff of Eua de Castrol mineral oil.
