Amazing to see so many threewheelers in one place , must be great when they all start their engines !
I couldn't see the rear light on the steam punk creation , presume it's been repositioned ?

Just had another look and still love it but it occurred to me that the leather looks almost too new now in comparison.

If only they could find a nice old cherished chesterfield and recycle it....

But then where do you draw the line, seatbelts, buckles....

It's still fabulous.

Can you post a close up of the bonnet?

As a model maker I can admire the 'weathering' of this M3W, with very clever use of chemical blacking and I especially like the opening bonnet. But somehow it seems a bit false to me, as it is trying to make a relatively new vehicle appear 70 years older than it is. I prefer my toys to grow old (dis)gracefully through use but also then gaining a true patina.

On the whole I would agree, but I have to say that I really like this example!
