I had heard about the accident, but have never seen these photos before. Very sad indeed.

Glad the driver walked away. Hope those pieces aren't viewable from the visitor route!
Don't you think that if that had been a trad, it would have been repairable?

Every car can be repair the question is the cost, and the interest you have in it, years ago i have see a F40 cut in two 6 month after the car be again in the road Ferrari accept to repair it and improve and strangely the value of this car increase due to this particular story, the factory look like to have interest to repair as we can see they have start to collect the part and dismantle it.
These pictures have been take by a visitor, maybe he lost him self or he manage to go in non allowed place, but it's during a public visit.

Certain amount of irony it's located next to the "Assembly Point" sign!
Sad sight however.
Are the pieces from the same car as the bonded chassis looks newer and the damaged car (to my eye) seems to have a chassis still under/in it.

@richard this is also possible some part look like dismantled probably for see some damaged point.
