The last weekend of winter NZ Morgan Club run to a sweet coast beach and cafe. Didn't manage to get a picture of all the cars but there were at least 10.
Drove the loop around our island yesterday. Nice long sweeping turns with great views of the water followed by approx. 20 switch backs. All about 30mph, but perfect for the M3W.
Parked at the top of the island boat ramp for a bit. No boaters. Nice view of the water. Started to leave and a local island cop was in the formal parking area and motioned me over. Couldn't figure how he'd have a problem with me sitting there for 5-10 minutes with no ramp users. Pulled over & shut down.
He's a car guy. Just wanted to say, "Hi," and see the M3W. Nice chat. Doesn't hurt to have a local cop like you and your car. An Ace I hope I never have to use.
Mapman, my wingman from the Rolling Thunder Tour is now driving across Spain. It sound like he is having quite an adventure. He asked me to post these and he will post more and details of his trip when he gets back. Puts my trip to Tintagel this morning into perspective
