Hi there
My cars still currently away having its respray so wondered if I could ask a favour from a 4/4 owner.

Would anyone be able to tell me if when the sliding window is in the open position, how much of the Perspex in front is left not overlapped.

Reason being I want to fit a round 3.5" pop out vent to increase cabin airflow with the roof up.

Many thanks Tom

An easy solution to cabin aerflow is to fit the front perspex so that it slides freely like the rear one. with a bit of thought it can be done.

Yep I have some in the Wolf Cafe Racer, they were more efficient when she didn't have wind deflectors!

Like the idea of a sliding front window Ray.

The sliding front window was found more by vibration than design. doh

Cheers Cain,
Sounds ideal as don't intend on fitting wind deflectors.
The sliding front windows sounds a nice idea aswell though, I had wolf door tops on my series land rover that slid both ways.

Side note Cain hoping to get my car back this week so will get some pics of that lovely number plate mount of yours all fitted, its been done the same gloss black as the car so should be extra nice now smile ...Along with all the other bits in the garage!
