|
The end of the road
Following on from the post about events last month, it is now official, and our Roadster has left the road for good.
It has been a tough month waiting for the verdict, but the support from our fellow Morgan owners, right from the start, has been simply amazing.
We haven't even begun to think about a replacement car yet - we need to sit back and take stock. BUT... we plan to be around the world of Morgans for the foreseeable future.

Sad to see a glorious Roadster written off...but from it an opportunity is created. As part of your taking stock can I suggest you try a Plus 8?

Such a shame a beautiful car won't be back on the road (in your hands at least).
Have you spoken to your insurers about the salvage rights if they are proposing to write it off? Looking at your original photos, there look to be many components, interior etc which you could use to build, or improve, an eventual replacement.
