I am no 78 in the attached phot. I am trying to increase my power to weight ratio through running. My little yorkshire terrier and I ended up as number 12 of 31.

Yes, the start was chaotic. Fortunately my little dog was not distracted. In fact, I focused so much on controlling him that I did not notice the turmoil before I looked at the photos.

I would love to do a run like that BUT...
I have a mad springer and a long legged cocker who thinks he is a springer...they are far to fast and energetic to run with. Mo Farah....wouldn't stand a chance!
