Interesting that the Morgan full windscreen uses black masking to reduce visibility of the joint next to the cowl.

Kirk, you've missed one of the most important aspects of the new wheels/ride...

How does Beth like it? Is she a happy camper like you?

Kirk, absolutely fabulous string of posts and photos - welcome into the ranks of M3W ownership and all that entails.

One thing not mentioned that I believe is essential but not designed or even thought about is a hidden rear end tail scuff/skid plate.

The tail of the car is quite some way aft of the centre of the rear wheel, which means that if/when the rear wheel drops either down a kerb or rain gully or ramp the rear will catch or scrape. Ive witnessed this on a number of M3Ws and experienced it myself.
It's a simple cure to save the back end and rolled seam at the tail.
By the time you realise you need one it's simply too late.

Mark, where does one source such a rear end skid plate?

Do you have a link to a specific part? How about a photo of the plate on your M3W?

Thanks so much!

Mark was talking about something he'd like that doesn't exist.

Thanks....I just re-read Mark's post and now realize that it's something that he would like to see made.

I would also like to see a product like this as I have a fairly steep hill to ascend in my neighborhood, along with a few very large and deep speed bumps. I plan to drive slowly and traverse the speed bumps on a diagonal, which should help.

I cured on noise. This is worth sharing, the front blank number plate screws are so long that they bottom out before the plate is snug. Probably not a problem if you have a number plate up there! i put a couple of washers behind it and fixed!
