Hi,

I was surprised the black sport was rusty/corroded given its young years and quite concerned too. ( you may notice the price has gone up now as they have attended to the cosmetics)

I did ask the questions when i saw it some weeks ago. It was originally a factory demo car and then sold upto the north east of england where much salt is used during winters. This and the fact it hadnt been lavished with much washing/polishing had contributed to its cosmetic defects. In all reality it wasnt t that bad and any well cared for Morgan shouldnt suffer in the same way.

Morgan have concentrated on build quality apparently over the last 3 years or so. I dont know if thats true BUT my 2015 built 4/4 is very well finished and of good quality in all respects.

the old rule applys, drive it. Many guys told me not to buy on looks alone as they all drive a bit differant. Hope this helps.

Not many 4/4 Sports are for sale at this moment or am i searching on the wrong (mentioned before) sites?

I doubt there will ever be many for sale at one time. They are a very low volume car and one people tend to hang to. That said there are always reasons why a car will come for sale - upgrade/money/change of mind/health etc.

Not sure if its been mentioned but the factory have a used car search that will email you when cars come up for sale.
As well as autotrader there is ebay and piston-heads.
