Just Getting Started
2012 +8 Aero/Classic with Speedster wheels

Opinions differ, I prefer the older look of these to the standard alloys with their faux-chrome rims. These 'D-Type' style make the wheels look larger and seem to me to be more in-keepeing with the car. (The dark ones did not look right at all.)

Don't think I have seen one.

Don't think they will let us have them . I wanted wires and a wooden steering wheel and couldn't have either !

Those "Image-Dunlop-Style" wheels are looking amazingly perfect in combination with your car!

I have been told, can have wire wheels but not from origin and only with using adapter MWS say they have sold a few set for various +8, but never seen one in picture

Considering the new Plus 8 has her price why not add wire wheels without using an adapter, change the 5 bolt hub to a genuine wire wheel hub and order i.e aluminum wheels custom made to the dimensions required. For instance, here is one of the sources.

I personally like the Dunlops very much and would not go for wire wheels on this specific car.

Am loving the Wheels and the overall look!

Very sporty - but with a traditional twist.

Excellent work!

Well done!

I'm not sure wires are recommended for the Aero 8's - possibly too much grunt, not sure.

That's a beautiful car you've built Alan, you have the superb dashboard too.
