Got my dads oyster he bought in the early 70's
It's been through the wars a bit but I wouldn't sell it for any money 'cos it was my dads. Would feel the same way if it was a timex. it's a link back to him.
Simon I know that feeling. Unfortunately, I let my brother-in-law have Dad's Seiko (I owned a reasonably decent watch at the time) which subsequently expired and he just binned it. I know a very good local watch repairer who could probably have resurrected it...

Where can one buy a C Ward watch as they don't seem to sell through shops. There are some on ebay , has anyone bought one off there ?

They certainly make some nice watches Maybe too big a range but it's nice to see they have developed their own auto movement with a 60 month guarantee The Trident Classic, the Flyer and their new D-Type are certainly nice and well priced but their motor racing inspired watches are a bit OTT in my opinion

Yes missed that, nice looking watch and a good ETA chronograph movement at a very reasonable price
