Most garages will Mot a Morgan. If they cannot fix a fault they will let you take it away to repair the fault and as long as you bring the vehicle back in the allotted time they will carry out the re-test free of charge. Not all garages know how a Morgan suspension etc works and where to get spare parts from.

There is normaly a list of rules and regulations on the wall in the waiting room. Thought it was mandatory for public to view.

There wasn't a list at this testing station, they could have told me it would be a chargeable retest which he claimed to my daughter that he'd given me a sheet and told me, he hadn't done either.
The tester at kwik fit Sutton Coldfield loved doing the Morgan's as they were something different to the euro boxes he did every day, so he never charged me for a retest, even if they failed.
The £17.50 charge was for a retest and based on Colins attachment they were justified, just would have been nice to be told before hand. Hey ho, service is a thing of the past.
