The engine number T5600077 seems odd on my current build. Anyone else with a similar number for reference?

That's great John! I requested an update from Linda today about my status....hoping to get some info tomorrow. Our build numbers are only 4 apart, so they should be at roughly the same production level.

John and I both purchased from Morgan Motors New England in Copake, NY.

My car build started week 14 has engine # T5600033 if that helps.

Any guess on what the average production rate is - fully recognizing that it's somewhat silly to use that terminology with Morgan.

How many M3Ws on average come out per week or month? Does it vary much with other build demands or time of year? Just doing the math - if 84016 is being built now, and my slot (84100) is targeted for late March, that would seem to be a build rate of ~16/month.

There are a finite amount of build stations on the M3W area, morgan has assigned a finite number of build slots based on that. But as far as a weekly number, who can say? I know i did my part in bringing that average number down.

Thanks Richard. I was just curious as to the significance of the engine number. I wonder if they start from #001 at the beginning of each year? If that is the case then your engine was the 33rd for 2016.

Don't tell my wife but this is some of the stuff a guy thinks about while waiting for his Morgan to be delivered. And as far as deliveries go - the gap is closing with Glenn in first, followed closely by John and Tom!

i can relate Ken, I obsessed over every miniscule thing until mine was safely in my Garage. Best advise I can give you is Morgan has been turning out cars for a long time, and yours will get built too!

1mrwk? Draggin thanks for the pep talk. Every little bit helps. Also I was thinking a little tequila might help too. Sammy Hagar highly recommends it!
