May the 'Sun Shine' on you 'Top Down' tomorrow and presumably 'Head Office' aka Marion on your drive home from Malvern; to call it a factory would be disrespectful.

Apart from 'Brownie', have we a more suitable name yet? If I could get Malvern Water here, I would raise a glass. All my previous cars have been 'christened' with 'Malvern Water' despite their 'true age' on acquistion! In September, first stop will be Tesco to stock up on the aforesaid liquid, Perrier wouldn't be quite right.

Enjoy

I have been called many things in my time, and whilst it is certainly a privilege to be mistaken for Marion in some ways, in others not so much smile

Many thanks guys, BtG is kindly picking me up in the morning and we are driving up in the gangsta black Aero and then back together in convoy. flag

However, after confirming today that the car was registered (the DVLA was on-strike yesterday!) and confirmed with MMC that the car was ready; no problem. All A-OK. thumbs

Then I got a phone call this afternoon from the factory, my car has a scratch on the dashboard and they are going to fit a new one tomorrow and thus the car will not be ready for 11.00 am as planned. To be honest, I'm pleased that they are doing it this way, as we will have a nice lunch and then pick it up in the afternoon; let's hope that it's a good omen. cheers

Regarding names, I'm open to suggestions for something to replace 'Brownie' you'll see why that will be necessary shortly... laugh2

Cheers
Brian

P.S. I couldn't find any Malvern Water in any of the shops around Windsor, hopefully we'll be able to buy some in Malvern!
