Rub it in.. 6hrs driving to and from work prevented the other 25% from being there!

Might get out tomorrow to calm my nerves.. Flying jacket at the ready as its could be chilly!

Visited a magnificent French chateau but not in France and not in Worcester either.

Now I know all about the gothic, baroque, rococo and Palladian styles idea

Glorious sunny day, which started with a breakfast meet at Powderham Castle. We then headed for Berrybrook's most excellent Christmas Open Day. This was very well attended and apart from all the lovely Morgans on display and super food, had the added attraction of one of Sean's traction engines in steam.

A good run over to the Tank Museum for the "Behind the Scenes" tour. Returned after dark.
Tarka's headlights are really poor.
I need to improve the vision!

Yes, but not a Mog sorry. but a nice run out in the sun, cold but great! Went out into Monmouthshire, quick stop at Tintern Abbey and back through Chepstow. The low sun was a nightmare, might need a new screen as all the tiny scratches in bright sun make it awful to see through. Still, nice run smile

Lovely photo and your AH looks stunning.
Tintern brings back memories. Great roads and a pint at the Moon and Sixpence.
cheers

Great photo.....that car is a real stunner.
We were at Tintern yesterday...a run on the Taffmog Winter weekend. 4 cars....
A cross country loop from just outside Cardiff for a coffee and cake stop. Then everyone departed for home.
Cold but great drive. We had a chat with a Cobra owner in the carpark really nice version by AK with 5.7 LS engine.
For some reason I didn't take any photos on the weekend. A major forget moment!
On Saturday we had a run to the Royal Mint and a tour. Enjoyed it. Worth a visit if you are in the area. We followed it with a run up the Rhondda Valley to Storey Arms passing Penderyn Distillery. Then back to hotel for mince pies and coffee. Then dinner/disco that night. We got to bed at about 02.00.
A really enjoyable weekend.
Next year the event is being held abroad. We are off to the Cotswolds....
