Yeah and nuts the size of a bull.

Not accounting for wind or any other variations to hit 160mph in one of these with stock gearing you'd need to hit 7000 RPM I think you'd need a little more help than just the roller rockers.

That said, have you taken yours up to the limit with the roller rockers installed, or would that also require flashing the ECU for a higher rev limiter. Not sure if once the ECU is unlocked after the initial bedding in window if it just bumps the limiter or removes it all together.

I've got Stage 2 and cat free exhaust. At Zandvoort a few weeks ago I got it up to 110mph on the start/finish straight, 2 up, in race leathers. My car was very stable at that speed. It was a dry track though.....

It was also very reliable and immense fun, as I thrashed it round and round the circuit over that weekend. I even became quite impressed with the Blockleys....at long last!

MY car is bone stock and I've had it at 110... and by GPS, not the factory gauge which is off by about 8%.

Morgan Stage 2 kit, which includes cams, throttle body and ECU flash, in addition to exhausts and filter from the Stage 1 kit

I've found my speedo to be reasonably accurate compared to GPS, but there again I have a Garmin which is the probably the worst GPS in the world. It even got itself completely lost once!!

BTW, this need for speed needs to get released on the racetrack....I'm looking at you for one Mr Dab.....

Direct from Morgan? I just haven't come across a stage 2 that includes cams. The whole stage thing is so confusing cause different companies include different things with different stages.

In the world of motorcycles, stage one has always been the increase of air going in and out... a less restrictive air cleaner and a less restrictive exhaust. Stage two has always added a cam upgrade to that. A flash or cjabge of the ECU has always depended on the stock ECU' ability (or lack thereof) to deal with that new information.

160 mph would scare the crap out of me!

160 kilometers is 99 miles per hour which is easily possible with a stock machine.

to hit 160 mph you really will need the higher revs so the roller rockers kit could help will that.

160mph, because I'm insane smile
