Mark too right it consists of both knees covered by a sort of hot water bottle full of iced water lying on the couch with the legs elevated for 30 mins watching on demand tele. That kills the swelling.
Oh & bit of red wine later.

Very pleasant 55 mile round trip into the Vale of Belvoir.  came with me so we had to stop to adjust the heater vents in the footwell. Not sure how they got mis-adjusted.

Excellent breakfast at Prescott this morning with Graham and a small group of Spotmoggers, then worked off the calories this afternoon washing off the salt!
Although not many there, the auction raising funds for the Friends of Prescott raised a very creditable £2k+.

Only a very short blast, about 10 miles just to be sure all is ok for the visit tomorrow (leaving at 06.30) to WW2 Battle of Britain Bunker. Can't wait, it's brilliant.

Thanks to Rob and Ali - (BuyBritish) a fantastic run out to just north of Thetford for a sumptuous venue at Lynford Hall lunch with 36 other Morgan folks so around 18 Mogs. Blipped the loud pedal a few times just before leaving to liven things up !

Out of garage, wash last weeks salt off, back in garage.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

Super 90 mile round trip this aft
I needed to visit an office where we are doing some work this aft to make sure our contractors were tidy and ready for Monday so drove from Croston to Manchester airport and back in the Morgan
A beautiful crisp cold sunny day so wrapped up warm with the flying jacket , thermal long johns under my jeans and a woolly hat
A wee bit slippery on the A roads on the way back as it cooled after darkness fell but managed to avoid the salt spreading on the Motorways
