Since I have mounted the oil cooler where the original license plate was, I now have to come up with something that will look good and be functional to fill in the front end and cover up the two frame ends.

this is just the start point, more to come as our design comes to life.

I dig the idea of daytime running lights, but these look like they came off a slingshot.

just a early preview.
Still a lot of work to be done on our front end design to make it look good.

Looks good, JV. I usually run my stock headlights on high, just to be seen. If you decide to make yours available commercially, I would be in.
Just a little off-topic: How have you modified your exhaust? I'd like a bit deeper tone, but not ready to remove what I have, which is stock. To keep the thread from wandering, please PM me.
Best,
Tom

On a similar theme. I have been looking for the TM thread where a TM contributor converted the Classic Morgan wing/side lights by removing the single bulb and fitting a perfect fit circular set of 5/6 LEDs to convert to running lights. Can anybody point me to the thread?

It may have been PeterJ who did this first. I did the mod on my Roadster -

Angel Eyes from E-Bay - check various sellers for best price. Technically not legal due to no E-mark but will not fail MOT.

The "angel eye" headlights were not very bright for day time running lights I found and I exchanged them for these.

Lucky you have all that extra power JVS, your DRL's look pretty weighty. Engine looks great.

I'd wonder about some of the smaller 4.75" JW Speaker LEDs down there. Dual purpose fogs and DRLs?
