Just submitted my order today. I'm build #84099, which is scheduled to start the 3rd week of 2017.
Hi JFP, My order went in in mid-October, #84100, and I was told it was now scheduled for week 7 of 2017. Not sure there is any rhyme or reason to the order numbers and scheduling, but thought I'd share that.
The dealer told me that apparently non-EU production schedules were moved-up a bit due to a delay in completing emissions certification for the Euro 4 regulations that come into force on the first of January, 2017. So that may benefit us Yanks waiting for builds - a bit...

I concur. Have the same wheel. It's perfect. Of course, mine is on the correct (left) side!
