We tend to favour Princess Cruises but have had quite a few on P&O, as you probably know both (and Cunard) are owned by the American company Carnival Corporation. The same rules apply to gratuity payments on both but the rates differ.

It's something you rarely see happen in Australia, the staff are paid a decent wage (minimum wage is high to start with).
