Well it seems that after a few false starts my car is actually going to get started today, so will definitely not be ready until January. Might try and pop over to Malvern before Christmas to make sure they're not assembling my Morgan under the influence of sherry and mince pies. No idea what the delays have been but hopefully they'll be something to see next Tuesday,Wednesday. If anyone's at the factory please keep a lookout for it!

off to Malvern tomorrow (monday) in search of the elusive 4/4. Allon White just posted on twitter a photo of chassis 40026 going through early production. As mine is 40025 I'm hoping to track it down! If anyone wants me to look out for anything when i'm up there please shout!

Found it! had a very enjoyable couple of hours at the factory, the staff were very hospitable and chatty. It was great to be talking to the chap making my car when a tour party came past and started taking photos of MY car!! I got a handshake and a congratulations from a lovely Aussie from Brisbane who was on the tour, all in all a good day topped off by an excellent pint in the very eccentric and superb Three Kings pub in nearby Hanley Castle (if you like very old and unusual pubs this is about as good as it gets!) I'll put a few more pictures in a separate gallery in the photo section when I can do battle with photobucket! My car is now on its way to the paintshop, although I suspect it won't get much paint on it before the new year!

you're very kind. Yes, it was a great day and almost worth the price of the car in itself-would love to go back on Wednesday but was told the only difference I'd see was the addition of the bonnet! If it was just around the corner I'd do it, but it's a 3 hour trip for me!
