Well, I'm going to be different...as usual...because I think it'll be a great night with these cracking ladies..!

Swing is very 'on-trend' currently, and is a great opportunity to strut your stuff & get those feet tapping.

I'm starting to look forward to it already..

There was a very similar trio at Revival this year and they created a wonderful atmosphere in the evening with many dancers joining in on the grass.

Just relax and go with the flow smile .

I don't think MrsW will be going at these prices. I might just do one day. If the weather is bad it could be miserable - like the Saturday at the Centenary Event.

I`ve booked for both of us - £50 each for early bird weekend ticket. An outdoor concert could cost £25+ at other venues - so on the whole not bad - £22 for goody bag seems a bit steep - but hey it`s once a year and gives us something to remember. Also it`s near our wedding anniversary so I can give her the canvas shopping bag! - Who says Yorkshiremen arn`t generous?!

Also booked both of us in plus a goody bag. Not sure about the dinner though - still thinking about that one.

These prices make me realise what extremely good value Goodwood Revival is.

Especially as it is always a Birthday gift to me from No2 Daughter and SIL including accommodation with them grin2.

I shan't be going.

Too expensive. It smacks of the MOG2009 centenary event that was 'organised' by MMC but in reality put together by a commercial events organiser. It was eye-wateringly expensive, the trade area was a joke because the true Morgan traders organised their own event and stands off-site because of the high fees. And to pay that entrance money and a highlight was to to have fifty members of the Morgan family on a stage - really?

I remember some TM contributors moaning about having to pay a tenner or similar on the day to get in to MOG2015 at Llangollen. The entrance fees for MOG2015 and next year's event bear no comparison.

Where will I be probably next August bank holiday? At Oulton Park's Gold Cup event organised by the Historic Sports Car Club where there'll be historic Formula 1, F5000 and other historic single seaters through to Astons, Ferrari to Austin A35s and possibly a Morgan or two racing.

In my opinion, the factory should leave the annual MOG events to the MSCC and its Centres. Yes they are difficult to organise and are a labour of love undertaken by Centre volunteers but they are much better for it. If I want corporate hospitality, I'll accept it but not at any price.

Weekend tickets booked, Goody bag ordered, Gala dinner booked, hotel booked weeks ago. We love the 1940s stuff so will enjoy the Rockabellas.
Took my (then) 23 year old son who's not really a petrol head to the Centenary event and he loved it, as did I.
OK, this isn't cheap but I reckon it'll be good, might as well spend the kids inheritance now 'cos I can't take it with me.
Really looking forward to it.
