The Danger Hot is only a sticker or transfer and should come off fairly easily.
Melvyn Rutter does a polished stainless steel heat shield which fits over the existing but is slightly smaller and therefore requires some trimming of the plastic.
I have one but my only criticism is that the polished stainless has a slightly different hue to the polished alloy of the engine.
The awful plastic original shields are painted by the Factory prior to fitting.

Here's the stainless cowl cover which fits over the top of the Morgan plastic cowl. IMHO it's a better look than the factory washing machine ducted fan version but is still no where near as good looking as the original un-ducted 2012 M3W.

I've also fitted a 'Super Sports' stainless cowl badge to the stainless cowl too.

My factory "scoop" lays tight on my J.A.P. covers. I guess i will just trim it a little this winter.

I found that the factory scoop chaffed the standard rocker covers but with the confederate finned covers fitted there's additional clearance so no more rubbing!

Does anyone know where the "Danger Hot" sticker comes from... It does not seem to be listed in the Morgan parts book?

Also, what is the reason why some are painted and others are bare plastic... was this a model revision?
