It was meant to be...it was in a cabinet labelled old car  25 quid a bargain !!!...no markings on it. Does anybody recognise it..I'm sure it's not a one-off? Happy day !!!

I have just finished a major service, including replacing the timing belt Saw a Car SOS recently where Fuzz renewed an MX5 timing belt. He cut the belt in half along its length and removed half. Then put the new one on and cut the other half of the old one and pushed the new one into place. Clever! Wish I'd known that trick when I had my V6 Alfas, never did get the timing right

Not a one-off I'm afraid Kevfitz, I have an identical one, bought for me as a present about 7 years ago. I thought it was from MMC but don't count on that. Similarly I stumbled across a glass Morgan on EBay a couple of weeks ago, it's slightly smaller than the pewter one and has no driver but at £9.95 I was a very happy bunny.
