The side exits may well be an Aero Racing product, but they won't include performance catalysts. The catalyst are an integral part of the exhaust manifolds.

As to the claims of performance gains, I'd call bulls**t
BMW tuners, on the same engine are only seeing slightly larger (dyno tested and proven) gains with full manifold and exhaust system changes.

Whilst the pearl white/red combination works well the black wheels are, in my view, horrible.

Very surprised by the frayed logo on the seats. Tarka is almost 3 years old and has been driven for more than 30,000 miles, not 2000. The headrest logo looks as new. I'd say that the stitching was worth a warranty claim.

And I agree, it is over priced for what it is.
£78,000 would be a more realistic price and £75,000 for a quick sale.

The only way to get a lot more power from that engine is to go to a US Specialist that offers a supercharger to sit in the "V" between the cylinders.
They claimed +100bhp and +100 ft lbs. But I've lost the link and cannot remember who the company was.

Peter , could do with that link as an extra 100 bhp could be useful , and probably louder ! Just imagining the look on the face of a 911 driver on a straight !

Geneva 2016 plus 8' The Green Godess' 4 side exits .

I'm sure I read a Morgan factory page that quoted +20bhp for side exhausts - which may well have had performance cats... but I can't find it right now...

Googling for the above did throw up:
- an old thread on tuning Aero 8s

- and a Californian company that supercharges BMW V8s: VF Engineering
Perhaps that's the one Peter was thinking of?

I had the chance to view this car a couple of days ago and yes it's a Plus 8 fitted with Speedster wheels that was bought from Oakmere by one of the owners of the dealership that is now advertising it for sale. They claim not to be too sure whether they want to sell it or not but noting that it's being advertised for sale at 10k more than it was advertised for when at Oakmere I'd say that's just as well! Nice chaps there but a tad optimistic on this one I'd say.
