I have always admired Morgan cars although seen relatively few until I moved to Worcester 4 years ago. A trip to the Morgan factory in March 2015, which is only 7 or 8 miles away, got me well a truly hooked. A trip to Stratstone to buy a new 4/4 quickly ensued. Whilst the service from Stratstone left a lot to be desired (to say the very least) the guys at the factory more than made up for it. Morgans are such great fun and I don't think I'll ever be without one now!

Sorry to here your purchasing experience wasn't what it should have been, but glad the factory looked after you.

Jonathan

As you have found the "newer dealers" sometimes lack that deep understanding that Morgans need. However just north of you is Mike Duncan at Hartlebury , now only a service agent, what he doesn't know about Morgans is not worth knowing , I would use him for service and sorting issues.

I went to school in Worcester (a few moons ago mind!) but didn't own a Morgan until I moved away in the late 60s.

Welcome Jonathan - have a great time with the 4/4.

Mark Middleton in Upton on Severn (ex Morgan Factory) is also well regarded so you have a couple of good service people nearby to choose from.

Welcome to TM

Well done with your new 4/4

I too have had very poor service from Stratstone ....but simply did not buy from them.

They follow their corporate ethos to the letter but when buying a Morgan you do not want that!

Dont worry about it, starting out with a mog is sure to sort out the wheat from the chaff but looks like you learn quick . Hows the Mog grin going up to your ears yet or way past them . Loads of very friendly Mog NUTTERS hide here to help you out. By the way you never mentioned swmbo and kids , you are learning fast the Mog comes first.

Welcome to TM.

Echo the Mike Duncan recommendation - he is very good.
