Despite being 21 years old now, eBay still springs surprises. Just look at this LISTING Read carefully, because it's ONLY the parts that make it easy to ring another vehicle.. How can they get away with this..? There is only one reason someone buys a V5 and VIN plate, and that's to shortcut the authorities and clone a vehicle, surely..?

It be fair it is clear - there is even a clarification. OK the English is not the best but not misleading (the ones that say it's for a number plate screw etc. to avoid the fees etc. levied by eBay).

I've asked the seller a question to see if they are aware that the items they are offering could be used for ringing. It's just possible they aren't aware, but I doubt it.
