I just ordered the mudguard from Morgan and it has already been shipped. Now I wish I hadn't. Draggin can't find your pictures.
It's here
If you look closely you can see that his side arms are attached to a short intermediate bracket by a single bolt. This would allow each bracket to pivot slightly and so ease alignment of mudguard with wheel.
The new kit, possibly to cheapen production, has the black anodised brackets attaching direct to swing arm. Its not difficult but time consuming to fit. There seems to be at least 3/4 inch clearance each side, between mudguard support nylock nuts and rear tray when fitted, so you have some leeway. Definitely a case of check twice drill once though

The unpainted version with the intermediate brackets is still being fitted to production cars at the factory at the moment. They seem to have ditched the Dzus idea, maybe too wobbly.

Yes that's the aftermarket kit being offered now. Wonder if just tapped holes were used to secure those tiny bolts as instructions suggest. Would be interesting to see the other side.
Still prefer the intermediate bracket version though as it would allow more adjustment. Interesting to hear that version being employed in current production.
Wasn't aware of a Dzus option - probably just as well

I like the way the Aero racing shop page says this will not fit the original F series cars - as if someone with an F series would try, and implying it would fit other original three wheelers. You have to wonder ....
