I really like that look!

Very period and a low cost add on!

I felt the same, really cheap as chips but gives the car an older feel when you look at it, immediate effect to, bit like painting a wall

There is some useful space behind the dash panels that can be made into a small glove box with some Plasticard fabrication, similar to the new style dash MMC offer. I used the leather panels as a backing to prevent the SS panel from scuffing too much when it pivots.

The glovebox in the new dash is just about big enough for a small pair of gloves.
