OK, have to help me out here. I've spent a fair bit of time on that side of the pond, but have to admit that, as a yank, I have no clue as to the meaning of this statement. There's a popular 'Reality TV' show in the UK, called "Come Dine With Me", which is a favourite of Mrs Speed. He would (very sensibly, in my view) rather spend time in the garage cleaning his car than sitting with her watching the aforementioned show. HTH. Thank you sir, perfect .. Proper use of punctuation enables one to understand the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse

Between punctuation (or lack thereof), and auto-correct, some very funny constructs have emerged! See: http://www.damnyouautocorrect.com/

Last weekend I spent Sunday morning on my back under the car polishing the underside of the floor, greasing the handbrake linkage and prop shaft uj's. Now that's a proper job, I'm proud of you

I love finding new places to clean! Especially if I can get my Rupes Nano machine polisher in there

Quoting Hamwich "Proper use of punctuation enables one to understand the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse smile"
reminds me of the sentence:- "Fruit flies like a bananna".
