Kevfitz...I also have several items of Rohan clothing. They do last a long time and are great to wear. Most get bought in the sales! I love the Bags....they dry quickly if wet ( after falling into a river for example!) This year we are planning to move house. We have started gently clearing out the attic as a starter. The toys and children related stuff we have there are being recycled to the grandchildren. What still remains there has been sectioned off ready for the final clearout either to be sold, donated to charity shop or dumped. Clothing has been sorted and the not wanted put ready to use for redecorating and throw away. The garage is reasonably stocked and I don't see much getting thrown. A car boot sale is likely at some stage so bargains will be available.
One does not 'hoard' guitars, one saves them from potentially being abused by someone who doesn't love them, and this is clearly a selfless and honourable act which is to be applauded by all.
Here's my latest, a nice little 4-string Cigar Box Guitar from Pat Hammett in Bristol. Just the job for some growly Delta Blues.

Three old aeroplanes and two old cars. Is that hoarding? I'm lining up with the guitar collectors i.e. just saving these classics from others who might abuse them.
I confess to being a dreadful hoarder; putting stuff away in case it comes in useful one day. Fortunately is a dyed in the wool "chucker-outer" so it is more or less kept in balance.
I must confess to a little frisson of satisfaction that I still have some offcuts, which I kept from the bar counter in my pub when we built the place 20 years ago. They are about to be pressed into service making good holes in the bar top (from redundant pumps and equipment) in a refurb which will kick off in 10 days time.
I grew up in a time when "things" were expensive and or difficult to source. So the natural tendency was to hoard, just in case.
I also have a tendency to keep things associated with good experiences and memories.
The result is I have far, far too much stuff. I am now trying to declutter the parts of the house that contain my junk. This is harder than it seems.
The next BIG task is to get rid of a lot of wood in the garage, some inherited when Dad died in 2000. I will need a skip....
So, my advice is be tough with yourself. Don't keep stuff without good reason. Ask yourself two questions: "will I ever need it" and "can I easily buy it".
If you are uncertain about needing it and can easily replace it, then dump it.
Then what if? kicks in.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

Good man!
