I'd be interested to see the actual quality on them, as the repro PL700 go, the optics on them leave a lot to be desired, and the beam pattern isn't that wonderful.
The regular M3W headlights have an opening to accommodate the parking lights.
Do the Lucas Tribar Headlights sold by Morgan do the same? Or do you need to disconnect them or mount them in another way?
(I don't see any description and the local dealer doesn't know.)
Thanks James
James, Yes, they fit without any modification. Sidelights (parking lights)are the same. They do not work as well as a modern headlight designed on a computer but I suspect you already know that.

question looks nicely answered there, whatver they do look ace
Thanks. I tried a pair from another supplier and returned them as there was no accommodation for the sidelights. But if the Lucas permits them, they become a possibility.
I don't plan driving that often at night. Tried it once and found that the low seating left me blinded by most oncoming traffic.
I looked into these lights and they are better then stock and look the best, but when I led a ride with a brother M3W behind me with a set of J. M. Speaker LEDs I was sold on the LEDs.
I had a pair off Ebay, they had side lights but the light pattern is very poor.
I have the Tri-Bars on my car but I am on pair No.2 - the first were from eBay and were a rubbish copy made in China on the cheap. Beam pattern bad and focus poor and they flared light all over the place - I should have known better. Current set came from Holden Classics and are clear, bright, accurate and look the business as far as I am concerned. More than twice the price though, obviously....
