Same call sometime during the morning...my they were busy, I tried to play along with it then just lost it and told them what I thought of them...he seemed genuinely disturbed at my reaction and told me i was very rude!!!

I get 20 to 30 scam calls every day at work. I now have caller ID so if the numer is blocked or if the number is way out of my area I don't even answer.

standard practice for me no, no id no answer, if people really want to contact me they can try email... then I can delete and block them as well, cool

This practice causes a problem for genuine callers. One guy that I call regularly does not answer his phone if he does not know the number. By now he should know that when he gets a call from Italy it is probably me but sometimes it comes up that the call is from a private number so he simply does not answer. And before anyone says so it is not that he does not want to talk to me, he does, but he just gets so many undesired calls that he tends to ignore anything that he does not recognise. Not good for his business.

I try and have fun with these f*ckwits now so as soon as they announce themselves I immediately suggest they will be needing my bank details and proceed the government be them a fake bank account number and sort code or card number. When they tell me it doesn't work I tell them it must be that we've been scammed by the previous caller.
