I have tried to search in different ways, but.... Does anyone have a description of how I change the bearings in the rear axle? How do I get out the axle shaft?

Heya,
Here is a schematic of the axle from GoMog
http://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/BTRMorganaxle.jpg This link will also give you more information about this axle. This unit is incredibly strong and if lubricated properly is most unlikely to have problems. Are you sure the bearings need changing?
