If the ferry ever comes back so will we.

Use the Immingham/Brevik ferry.

Has anyone had any experience of that ferry ? The website is Pittyful so can't see all the details

Yes Stewart. We used it when we went to the North Cape. It's a freight ferry that has about a dozen berths for drivers. Generally it's just the trailer units that travel so there is no need for much accommodation. The unfilled berths are available to motorists. There are no facilities on board, although the cabins are very comfortable and better than those on the Amsterdam ferry. Meals are included in the price. We thought it was a great way to get to Norway.

Fellow travellers

A very civilised and cost effective way of getting to Norway.
