IN a overall small business which Morgan is in the grand scheme of things anything like this isnt good for overall perception, a business always needs a figurehead in my book and he did / does fit the bill, nice and posh and carry's the name well, he seems a nice and down to earth chap and he can buy me a beer whenever he wants ..

He's joining a "Family Council" with a wider span of Morgan family, to have a voice in the future strategy of the Company. It doesn't necessarily mean that he will become the face of Morgan. It's a step in the right direction with the reconciliation....but don't get too excited yet.

IMHO it would be short sighted by the senior management not to use him (in a controlled way) as an ambassador for the Morgan brand.
