Yes, any easy way? 30mins knocking the welds inside with a screwdriver & i have yet to remove one.

I think you need to drill them as has been described in other posts. Only the cats could, in theory be removed with a hammer.

You need abetter tool kit....
It never inspires me if someone turn up to do a half decent job with a bag full of bed spanners and cold chisels.

Drilled mine last weekend 38mm hole saw on a long extension slow speed on heavy duty battery drill. all explained before on here... really very easy operation took longer to take pipes off than drilling. only front baffle removed much improved running ,not much elevation in noise either......... and cost £5 for bosch hole saw cheapest upgrade availible!

So the pipes have 3 baffles/cat all together correct? 3 sections. I should remove the rear first & then the middle. or all three...?

I may just remove the front, most restrictive one, and i'm leaving the cats.
