I'm sure it will be all sorted to everyone's satisfaction and in the meantime MMC will have to deal with a local red face and probably change their testing drive routines
Why should the factory change their test drive routines? There's no suggestion that the test driver was breaking any speed limit. And Howard.....it's very unlikely that you would be taken out with one of the drivers that undertake the final test drives.

Hmm... Hope it is a development car and not a customers car on final test, else there will be a really unhappy customer.
Morgan have 'Development Cars'? Thought that's what we all drive! White polythene seat protectors on a Development Car? - hhmmm, unlikely... think some poor customer has already had their week/month ruined!

I tried the We Want Any Car etc. Websites for a valuation on the Bongo. Reg. no. not recognised. Probably a spares or repair one and as Nick says probably nearer to £1600 than £16.000!

I doubt there's an issue with this, just the fact that We Buy etc don't recognise anything that isn't a car. It doesn't recognise my VW Transporter either..
