I used to do tap dancing, but I gave it up when I kept falling into the sink.

I was just having a little sketch and a thought as one does about front end designs for trad Mogs and I wonder if anyone has tried to recreate the spot light aesthetic of a Flat rad One spot in the middle of the grille on a horizontal bar which would stretch right across to just under the headlights The bar could be curved and mounted by two vertical uprights from the bottom of the grille What do my learn-ned fellows think?

Firstly, you're damn good at sketching..!!!
It's the three quarter view that I would find interesting, because the curved front of the current Trad would mean a compound curve and perhaps look like a thin 'bull bar'.
Oddly enough, I held up an Oscar whilst it was up on Cain's driveway yesterday, and wondered the same thing..!
I wondered about two smaller spots inside the grille too..

Great sketch - like the spot lamp but not the bar. Perhaps it can be mounted on the grille.
I have a feeling a single spot is no longer legal though on newer cars.. The thinking was that they didn't want you confused with a motorbike I believe.

Single spot was made illegal a long time ago but I don't recall when.
