I looked at both the seller's other ebay items (
here ) and some of his previous ones. If you look carefully many of the photos show a secure yard with a number of damaged cars, many of them classics. Also if you pop his mobile phone number into Google you'll find he sells on just about every classified site there is.
The evidence is he's a trader specialising in damaged repairable cars from various sources. He has a very aggressive sales technique but I suspect he doesn't have any trouble with time wasters!
Buying from him is clearly a risk but if you have the nerve and the ready cash I suspect a bargain is possible.
