Can anyone elaborate on what exactly this is?

Its a small round light that comes on if the fluid is low or if the brake system has an issue. It is at the top center of the new dash.

That is good to know as the manual that came with my car certainly does not cover the new dash!!

Now it is being said that an unpolished part does not make it defective, which I can understand. But, that responsibility falls on someone other than me and I still do not feel that I should have to pay up for someone else's oversight/mistake.

I will keep you all posted on any new revelations.

You have to think of polishing or working the joint spi because often there are traces of machine clamp that makes it, just take a piece of paper to sand the car body (grain 600 or 800), I polished the Mine and all the others that I replace, it is often a problem that repairers are just good at picking up spare parts like Lego.

I know exactly how you feel.
I spent over £10,000 in the three years I put up with the old girl. This was spent on so called; half / cost price upgrades and repairs. Many of these should reallly have been done FOC but I guess I was a mug. Add to that the horrible devaluation: another 10K down the pan. It was an interesting experience all round.
As I have said many times: there is a huge difference between hand built and well built!
It wouldnt have been so bad if I had managed to get one full summers use out of the old girl.

So, I ended up emailing Mark E. and Steve M. at Morgan directly, letting them know about my situation and I ended up getting a response from Russ C. at Aero Racing asking some more details. The very next day my M3W was done and delivered to me and Morgan had paid for 8 hours of Labor on both my and another members M3W!

A big thanks to everyone who helped, especially the folks up at the factory who stepped up and chipped in. It is very much appreciated!

I think you will find Morgan will be much more responsive on these issues now.
