Looks like you had superb weather in Scotland and the car looks just as good in the heather as when I last spotted it in the factory.
If you had just a splash of red in that paintwork the highlanders may have named a tartan after that Aero.

Nice photos John and you were lucky with the weather!  We leave on Sunday for an elongated NC500 tour in Scotland, though we have 3-nights in the Lake District too. Crunchie is coming in his Plus 8 and as the organiser is bringing his new McLaren (570S) we've agreed to take our Macca too...

The cars filthy covered in all sorts of insects and road dirt pretty well hidden in the pictures. Brian we were very lucky but I'm not sure if this'll extend to the lottery. Hope the weathers kind to you but watch out for pot holes. Seems the SNP road budget is being spent on speed cameras on the A9 rather than fixing roads.

Yes - took it out of the garage for the first time this year and added 40km to the 265km I have done in it since my daughter was born - in August!!!
Tyres needed some air - 1.6-1.75 bar - fluids all seemed ok. Only issue is a squealing type sound from the LH-side silencer that sits under the sill ahead of the side pipes. Any thoughts on what could be??
Once warmed through it got a suitable back road sprint - once again showing just how composed it once it has a bit of a lick on.

Check if the bracket of the side exhaust is not broken.
I had to have mine soldered again.

It will go in to the mechanics ahead of Easter for him to service/check it over.
If anything is broken he'll fix it - just hoping its not something inside the silencer.

Picked up the Plus 8 from SiFab yesterday with the new headers, silencers and exhaust. A bit longer drive than the 90-miles home as it does now sounds mellifluous and powerful. A neighbour says it sounds like a race engine, photos and recording when I get time! Went to look at the Ultima too and it appears it will be ready the week before Easter. It too has new headers and exhaust system, the cover is missing from the air box and the air intake has white tissue in it, the headers are also Zircotec'ed inside and out like the Plus 8's, but in black rather than white ceramic:
