Hopefully the bookshelves will become empty of them and our signed copies will skyrocket in value enough to carry us through to old(er) age coffee

News update. I've signed the contract, and agreed to deliver the manuscript by the end of June. To those two kind enthusiasts who have volunteered to proof read the manuscript, I'll get it to you as soon as I can, Since it now exists as a Word file/PDF I can either send via e-mail or share via Google Drive.

I have eight chapters pretty much sorted. Chapter 9 is at 98%, and Chapter 10 is at 90%. Chapters 11 and 12 are first drafts.

I also need to work up some technical data sheets so I may be bouncing a few more questions around TM. Published data sheets are always a bit suspect around Morgan.

The publisher is 'The Crowood Press', based near Marlborough. They published the recent 'Morgan 4/4 The First 75 Years' (Michael Palmer); 'Morgan Three Wheeler' (Peter Miller); and 'Morgan, Malvern & Motoring' (Martyn Webb).

Their title range is huge. My favourites include Ferrets & Ferreting, and Mole Catching, a Practical Guide.

Anyway, there will be a long lead time after submission which can be up to eight months, so it isn't likely to appear on the shelves until February next year.

Anyway, I'm pressing on quite hard now, because although I've got this far in three months, three more months doesn't sound very long!

There will be around 45,000 words and around 250 colour photos.
thumbs work
