A chassis change does not take long at Malvern, they have had plenty of practice and do a good job in my experience. A good idea to get the other jobs done at the same time.

Boy it sure gets lonely way out here on the West Coast of the USA. Lets see, send my 2012 back to the factory is $6000 and back again to here another $6000. Supposedly my cracked frame pictures are back in Malvern, yet haven't heard a word and the weather out here is lovely, sigh. Guys I'm not gonna send it back--all I want is instructions and support, is that asking too much??

They should send you a chassis and pay to have a local dealer install it.
