I did indeed, here's the link.
It's on a DropBox public page so the link may well stop working sometime this coming summer due to changes at DropBox so I'll have to move it to somewhere more permanent.

I got the instructions Calum, many thanks. This should make the job a little easier!

Is the sprocket fitment across the board the same? Just wondering for those who have held on to the old aluminum ones if they would take a supermax ring. I imagine that would be significantly light weight. Unless that's what you were referring to at the 5lbs Michael H.

Excellent work Calum.

Although shows that it can be a tricky job - to get all lined up correctly.

A two man job??

It's a bit involved but most of it is easy enough on your own. The bike lift for supporting the wheel on its way back in makes the biggest difference - you can balance it on a trolley jack or similar but it is really stable on the top platform of the lift.
I find that the de-crudding of all the nooks and crannies while the wheel is out takes as long as the actual removal and refitting so while I can do it in about an hour and a half, setting aside a few hours to complete the whole operation is no bad thing.

I sent Super Max the worn out aluminum sprocket. They milled off the teeth and flange and molded the neoprene to that. A straight swap.

Ah nice, I was wondering if it were something other than that that you sent. Makes sense now on such a drastic weight difference. Any feel to the reduction in unsprung weight?

Am I missing something on the rear drum brake? I don't see any type of self adjuster on the rear drum brake.

Nope! But I guess it can only help.

I think it might only be a 5-10% reduction of the sprocket itself, then you have to add the wheel, tire, brake and whatnot. No perceptible difference except for the lack of noise...
