I have it on my car, its slightly louder than standard but the engine breathes much better and runs smoother, the engine also runs cooler, no more glowing of the headers. Fuel consumption is also improved plus a bit more power.

+1
If you have a later car with the big, linked exhaust support brackets that have the heat shields bolted to them, then the original heat shield can be bolted straight back on over the Stage One pipes. If you have the earlier separate brackets with the shields mounted directly on to the pipes then you'll need to either; get the new big support brackets and fit them or weld on threaded bosses to the silencers or do as I did and just do without the heat shields; the Stage One silencers run much cooler than the standard ones over most of their length and particularly where your hand rests on them for a warm up! Don't touch the ends of the silencers though, they do get a bit toasty warm.

May I confirm: same experience here besides the comments on noise. Mine is not slightly louder but she IS LOUDER.

Yes.. it is both slightly louder and LOUDER. Appearing slightly louder at speed to the occupants of the Morgan which is where it matters. But below 20mph it does a good impression of a taxiing light aircraft which will activate perimeter car alarms on acceleration.

I bought a dedicated sound meter to see just how loud it actually is. Surprisingly, the Stage 1 is half as loud as an unmodified miniature dachshund.

Nice M3W, you almost have a twin a cross the pond. My M3W in the same color combo. Well, except for I do have a red racing stripe down the center. Mine is also a wee bit louder and a deeper tone to it, as I have removed the cats and have the stage ll cams.

The dachshund (Morgan M4L) that helped with the scientific comparison tests would probably protest if it was any louder (or lumpier)
