Good news!
I too would like to see less of the infomercial.
It would also be prudent of them to communicate with their subscribers more effectively, especially around renewal time.
I have read a number of times of a lack of follow-up.
With such a small subscription base, it makes no sense to be reactive.

With such a small subscription base, it makes no sense to be reactive. Does a Nuclear Power Station have a large subscription, then?
