Off topic - sorry - but this strikes me as surprising, given the nature of the M3W, and the engaging and engaged traits owners seem to have, at least as represented by this forum.

What is the production so far, has to be something like 2000 vehicles? I looked but could not find production numbers beyond stories on #1000.

"Arrive early" really means less delayed then usual. My M3W was supposed to be built in February week 8. It was delayed to March week 11. From what I have heard, that 3 week delay is pretty quick. I've heard of much longer delays. So by saying "arrive early" that might just mean delayed 3-5 weeks instead of delayed 8-10 weeks.

When I look at the "new" headlight configuration from the front I wonder if someone WOULD consider the M3W a motorcycle at night. The nearside wheel (in US) is really hanging out very close to the center line. Gives me the shivers to think about what oncoming traffic might think making a judgement mistake?.

Exactly! Which is one reason why most new owners are changing them back to normal. That, and because the new US regulations hide the beautiful V-twin and create a truely ugly vehicle!

John, congrats...nice to hear that yours will be in your garage sooner than later!

I wonder if any of the other (6) M3Ws are going to Connecticut homes? The CT DMV process of getting the car registered is very tricky, but Larry at Morgan of New England now knows the drill after he and I had to do some modifications to my M3W in the DMV parking lot to get mine registered.

Mine is the first in CT.

Unfortunately not - the Chassis number bears no relation to the build number.

Mine's xxxx202017 and was build number 948 in Oct 2013
