What tyres are you putting on it?

My mechanic informed me on Sunday that mine need doing as the in side edge has gone way past legal

Yes I liked those they looked good on the S4 you had Shooter.

Given the roads I experienced in some parts of Italy you will need a good strong alloy Alessandro. I did fear for ours a few times on the trip.

I live less than an hour from Rimstock now so easier for me to pop along and see them.

I got a great price from them at the time supplied with Toyo's as well as they obviously get great pricing on tyres. I think the wheels worked out about £350 each (mind you it was 2009!).

The ones I was already using last year (and I liked them a lot)> Michelin Pilot Super Sport.


Well... The stock ones (fondmetal) worked properly in these four years (just one sent to be slightly refurbished once). I hope it will be the same with the rimstock.


Great is not enough. In Italy (not to mention Switzerland) I have been asked at least 1.000GBP per wheel to have forged rims made on my specs (and somehow slightly change the design)

I took pics of everything was written in the inside part of the stock rims and the new ones. Later I will post them.

The mechanic has roped in an interior specialist to solve the Morgan's glue problem. I will report back on how well the boot panels stay on

Please do it! I'd like to fix it as well. Forever!

Once the bill arrives I'll let you know how much a Supersport costs to service (every 2 years) and fix minor problems - in Switzerland.

Cannot be that bad.
I do it every year, but it's still cheap (moreover after I paid 4.300 eur for the Porsche 964 service two weeks ago. Big service + replacement of oil lines from front oil reservoir)

Now I need to find a solution for the center caps, since the Team dynamics ones are unwatchable.
