If you want it to follow the lower curve cut triangular notches out of the sides of the U section.
I bought two part rubber glue but still holding on the original sticky backing after two years.
I also picked mine up from Williams not at all costly.

Does anyone know where I can get a pair of mirrors for a 2005 Roadster
The plastic around the outside of the mirrors is falling off
I would like to replace them with the same mirrors

They appeared around 2012. Very effective at holding the front edge of the side screens! October ish. My Sept car didn't have them but I retrospectively fitted them. £34 for a pair from my dealer.
